We will create a detailed timeline with monthly milestones to keep you on track, along with a list of vendor options curated specifically for you. We become the liaisons between you and your vendors, ensuring that every facet of your event is thoughtfully crafted and every detail finalized with finesse.
Just J will offer each couple complete concierge service, as we provide above and beyond involvement and manage everything from minute details to major decisions. Apart from saying "I do", we will do anything and everything you need to make your wedding day come together!
partial planning
Our partial planning packages are available for couples who have started the planning process and would now like a helping hand to ensure that they are on the right track and assist with getting to the finish line. We can help with venue research, styling suggestions, supplier sourcing and coming up with those little ideas that make all the difference.
Just J will be there for guidance, support and suggestions in the months leading up to your big day. You will enjoy peace of mind while we take charge, tie up any loose ends and provide final advice. We then step in 4-6 weeks before to coordinate with vendors and to provide on-site assistance on the day-of to ensure that everything is seamlessly executed.
Month-of coordination
This package is for the couple who have already created a vision and put together all major elements and a team of professionals to bring it to life. Now you simply are in search of the perfect coordinator to ensure it all comes together exquisitely. You've done all of the hard work - Now it's time to relax and pass it over to us!
Commonly known as "Day-Of Coordination", Just J believes that in order to efficiently execute and oversee an already-planned affair, we must come in 4-6 weeks prior to the big day to get to know your event inside and out. Just J will be there to tie up any loose ends, coordinate with vendors, create a detailed timeline and allow you to be present and fully enjoy your day!
